Hello! My name is Ravil. I am from Kazakhstan, Almaty city. I am having problems with D5 Render. I do not update and do not see HDRI, textures, models because there is no Internet. But I have a great internet. It is the D5 Render program that does not work internet. I sent screenshots as an attachment. Please help me to solve this problem.
Please make sure you disable the anti-virus and proxy softwares, and then try to restart PC and start D5 again.
If the issue still exists:
There are two folders named “Logs”.
- Win C: “%local appdata%\d5_immerse\Saved\Logs”
- Installation Directory of D5 Render: “D5 Render\logs”
